Uz dobro osmišljenu međunarodnu strukturu za širenje sje­
mena "genetske revolucije" preko organizacija ISAAA, CGIAR
i IRRI, te uz izravna financijska sredstva Zaklade Rockefeller,
velike agrokompanije i pristaše "genetske revolucije" bili su
spremni za sljedeći divovski korak - konsolidaciju svjetske kon­
trole nad opskrbom ljudske hrane i još više od toga - nad sa­
mim ljudskim životima. Za to je bila potrebna nova organiza­
cija - Svjetska trgovačka organizacija ili skraćeno WT0. 2
